English: We focus on the parts of a sentence; nouns, verbs, adjectives, punctuation, etc. We also work with the writing process.
Reading: We do whole and small group reading, Accelerated Reader, and literacy centers.
Science: We study Life and Earth Science. We also learn about the Human Body and Nutrition.
Social Studies: We focus on communities; past and present. We also learn about History, Government, and Map Skills.
Religion: We learn about Jesus’ mission and teachings, the Holy Spirit, Mary, we review the Sacraments. We also learn about the Feasts and Seasons of the Church Year, the Rosary and prayer. |
