Mrs. Ruth Wissmann
My name is Ruth Wissmann. I have been married for 16 years to my wonderful husband, Kevin. I have a son named Alex and a yellow lab named Pierce. I have been teaching Kindergarten at St. John’s for 16 years. I earned my Elementary Education Degree and Early Childhood certificate at SMSU in Springfield, MO and earned a Master’s Degree at Maryville University in St. Louis. I chose St. John’s as a place to “start my career”, get experience, and move on to bigger and better places. However, I fell in love with the families and school here at St. John’s and feel it is the place where I should be. It feels like home!
